Rental Payment & Terms:
* Your rental time includes up to 4 hours from your booked start time, but can be no later than 8:30pm
* Any changes to the number of guests or time of event must be finalized no later than 7 days prior to the event
* All set up is responsibility of Client
* All tear-down/clean-up and garbage removal are responsibility of Client
* $150 clean-up deposit required up front, and will be returned to address above, once confirmation of action has been deemed acceptable

Medix Run Enterprises, Inc. (MRE) reserves the right to refuse rental for any events deemed inappropriate for our venue. Please review these rules and regulations carefully.
The rental includes the private use of the event facility for up to 100 people on the grounds, and utilizing the pavilion.
You will be given a reasonable (same day) amount of time to set up and break down.
Any cancellation on the part of the Client, with greater than 30 days notice, will be subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than a 30-day notice, will forfeit the entire amount of the event reservation (roaster/tent/pop-up awning will be fully refunded)
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the pavilion structure or within 10 feet of any doorway.
It is the Client's sole responsibility to always provide adult supervision for children and those with special needs, while on MRE property.
The Client agrees to accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to their guest’s property and MRE buildings, its grounds, its equipment, or its furnishings; the cost of replacement or repair of any item will be charged to the client. MRE and its insurers are not to be held liable for any damages or loss.
Firearms, other weapons, fireworks, explosives, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited
The use of glitter, confetti, nails, screws, thumb tacks, staples, tape, or anything that will damage or create marks on the walls, ceilings, floors, or furniture is strictly prohibited.
The Client is responsible for any damages that occur during the use of the facilities and grounds. The Client must be present during the entire event.
No one under the age of 21 will be served or allowed to consume alcohol on MRE property.
At the completion of your event, the Client is responsible for removing non-MRE decor items and all property not owned by MRE. Following the event, the Client is responsible for all of the facilities cleanup, including trash removal, out-houses, sweeping, trash receptacle, trash bags, etc.
